Ready to work with YK Sitter or find out more? Yay - we're happy to have you! To get started, the first thing to do is create an online account. You can do this here or by downloading our app (Apple or Google Play). If you have a general question first, get in touch here.


Note: For the best experience, we recommend using our app!


Once you create your account, you will automatically receive an email to activate your profile! Woo! Go ahead and fully complete your profile. We'll also get in touch to see if you have any specific questions before getting started!



Once your profile is fully complete, you can request a service online or through the app! Before the service, we will also schedule your complimentary Meet & Greet with your service provider. 



With each service, you will receive report cards with photos and information on how your pet is doing. We strive to ensure your peace of mind while you're at work or away on vacation. After your first service, you can use the app for all your needs (requesting more services, paying invoices, messaging us, updating information, etc.).
